lease of twenty (20) Automated License Plate Reader (ALPR) Cameras from Flock
Group, Inc. with a Year 1 cost of $57,500 and a Year 2 cost of $52,500 was
approved. The motion carried by the following vote:

improvements for maintenance and responsibility and acceptance of the
following streets into the City's street system: Etna Circle, Napoli Circle, Bellagio
Court, Marsala Circle, Palermo Drive and Palermo Court was approved. The
motion carried by the following vote:

stump grinder at a total cost of $250,292.86 and approve a transfer of $250,292.86
from Measure X Fund 2510 to Capital Improvement Project (CIP) No. 9271 Urban
Forestry Equipment Replacement was approved. The motion carried by the

Upon motion by Councilmember McShane, seconded by Councilmember
Cromeenes, Ordinance to rezone the same six (6) sites to Mixed Use (MX) and
expand the Downtown Core Area (DC) Overlay to include the Intermodal
Transportation Center (ITC) site (RZ 2021-002) was adopted. The motion carried by
the following vote:
