CONSIDERATIONS PUBLIC HEARINGS ID#19-395 Determination that a single-family dwelling located at 439 Soledad Street is not a historic resource as defined by California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) (SHCA 2019-002) Recommendation: Adopt a Resolution determining that the subject single-family dwelling is not considered a historic resource as defined by CEQA.
