CONSENT ID#22-421 Attachments: HLUC Meeting Minutes from June 7, 2022 CONSIDERATIONS ID#22-422 A) Grants: Clean California Alisal Vibrancy Neighborhood Beautification (Highway US 101) & Clean California Local Grant Program (CCLGP) Alisal Greening, Beautification and Safety Improvements Recommendation: Recommend City Council approve a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a Restricted Grant Agreement and any amendments with the California Department of Transportation for the CCLGP and sub-applicants, establish a new CIP for the project, and appropriate the local match ID#22-423 B) Industrial Waste Treatment Fee Credit Agreement Recommendation: Recommend City Council approve a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a Fee Credit Agreement for the Industrial Waste Treatment Facility. ID#22-424 C) Transfer Agreement with the Transportation Agency for Monterey County (TAMC) for Eleven (11) Parcels at the Intermodal Transportation Center (ITC) Recommendation: Recommend City Council approve a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a Transfer Agreement with TAMC for the 11 parcels at the ITC.
