CONSENT ID#19-101 Minutes Upon motion by Committee member Espindola, seconded by Committee member Cabrera, the minutes of the January 24, 2019 Measure G Oversight meeting was approved. The motion carried by the following vote: Ayes: 5- Rolando Cabrera, Maureen Wruck, Cesar Lara, Al Espindola and Neil Patel Absent: 2- Jeffrey D. Wardwell and Kelly McMillin City of Salinas Page 1 Measure G Oversight Committee Meeting Minutes - Final May 16, 2019 ADMINISTRATIVE REPORTS ID#19-115 March 31, 2019 Financial Report. Finance Director Matt Pressey provided the report which is on file at the City Clerks Office as the official record. Approve the minutes of the January 24, 2019 Measure G Oversight meeting CONSIDERATIONS ID#19-037 Review of Independent Audit Report Finance Director Matt Pressey provided the report which is on file at the City Clerks Office as the official record. Committee member Espindola, commented that he spoke to seniors at the Firehouse Recreation Center and one of their concerns was Police and Fire. Mr. Espindola further added that he supports how Measure G funds are being spent. Committee member Wruck requested a subcommittee be formed, to report to the City Council, the public and the Committee, regarding the expenditure and the how Measure G funds are begin spent. Upon motion by Committee member Patel, seconded by Committee member Wruck, the Subcommittee comprised of Committee members Espindola, Lara and Wruck will meet to review the Independent Audit report and will provide comments to the City Council before May 30, 2019. The motion carried by the following vote: Ayes: 5- Rolando Cabrera, Maureen Wruck, Cesar Lara, Al Espindola and Neil Patel Absent: 2- Jeffrey D. Wardwell and Kelly McMillin ID#19-117 FY 2019-20 Operating and Capital Improvement Budgets Finance Director Matt Pressey provided the report which is on file at the City Clerks Office as the official record. Upon motion by Committee member Espindola, seconded by Committee member Cabrera, the Measure G expenditures proposed in the FY 2019-20 Operating and Capital Improvement Budgets was approved. The motion carried by the following vote: Ayes: 5- Rolando Cabrera, Maureen Wruck, Cesar Lara, Al Espindola and Neil Patel Absent: 2- Jeffrey D.
