Recommendation: Approve the minutes Attachments: Unofficial Minutes for 04052017 COMMUNICATIONS PUBLIC HEARINGS ID#17-237 Conditional Use Permit 2017-005; A request to change an existing off-sale alcohol related use from Beer and Wine (Type 20) to General (Type 21) at an existing convenience store located at 980 Acosta Plaza in the Commercial Retail Airport Overlay. Recommendation: Affirm findings and adopt attached resolution denying Conditional Use Permit 2017-005. The project site is located in an area of undue concentration due to high crime in the Police Reporting District. Recommendation: Affirm the findings and adopt the attached Resolution finding the project categorically Exempt from CEQA (Class 32) and approving Conditional Use Permit 2017-004 and Variance 2017-001.
