CONSIDERATIONS ID#19-344 Parks, Recreation & Library Master Plan Presentation Recommendation: Receive staff presentation. No recommended action is required at this time. PUBLIC HEARINGS Conditional Use Permit 2018-026 and Variance 2019-003; request to authorize additional uses within existing buildings with a 56-space (52%) parking reduction and Variance to increase fence height.
