CONSIDERATIONS PUBLIC HEARINGS ID#20-216 Zoning Code Amendment 2020-001; A request to allow renting of vehicles including, but not limited to automobiles, light trucks, and vans as an accessory use to vehicle sales and services in the Industrial General (IG) Zoning District. Recommendation: Staff recommends that the Planning Commission find Zoning Code Amendment 2020-001 exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to a Class 5 Categorical Exemption and affirm the findings and approve the attached Resolution recommending that the City Council introduce and then adopt the Ordinance. OTHER BUSINESS ID#20-219 Study Session - Central Area Specific Plan (CASP) Recommendation: Receive staff presentation. No recommended action is required at this time.
