ID#20-460 Central Area Specific Plan (CASP) Project Recommendation: Affirm the findings and adopt the attached resolutions recommending that the City Council: certify the CASP FEIR, adopt both the CEQA Findings of Fact, Statement of Overriding Considerations and Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program, approve the Central Area Specific Plan, adopt an ordinance approving the rezone and adopt an ordinance approving the development agreement.
