CONSENT ID#21-638 Minutes Recommendation: Approve minutes of December 1, 2021 ADMINISTRATIVE REPORTS CONSIDERATIONS PUBLIC HEARINGS ID#21-631 Conditional Use Permit 2021-025; Request to establish and operate an alcohol related use consisting of on-sale beer and wine (Type 41 license) at a proposed restaurant with outdoor dining within 100-feet of a residence located at 835 South Main Street in the MX-FG-3 (Mixed Use - South Main Street Focused Growth Overlay) Zoning District. Recommendation: Approve a resolution finding the project exempt pursuant to Section 15061(b)(3) of the CEQA Guidelines, affirming the findings, and approving Conditional Use Permit 2021-025.
