Recommendation: Approve a resolution finding the project exempt pursuant to Section 15301 of the CEQA Guidelines, affirming the findings, and approving Conditional Use Permit 2022-042. ID#22-696 Conditional Use Permit 2022-054; Request to establish and operate an off-sale alcohol-related use (Type 21, off-sale general) at a proposed convenience store located within a 1,593 square-foot portion of an existing building at the Hartnell Plaza Shopping Center at 933 West Alisal Street in the Commercial Retail (CR) Zoning District Recommendation: Approve a resolution finding the project exempt pursuant to Sections 15061(b)(3) and 15301 (Existing Facilities) of the CEQA Guidelines, affirming the findings, and approving Conditional Use Permit 2022-054.
