CONSIDERATIONS PUBLIC HEARINGS ID#23-334 Appeal of Revocation of Commercial Cannabis Permit 2020-006 (CCP 2020-006) for Dispensary and Commercial Cannabis Permit 2020-007 (CCP 2020-007) for Distribution Located at 320 West Market Street Recommendation: Approve a resolution, finding the item not subject to the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), and upholding the decision to revoke Commercial Cannabis Permits 2020-006 and 2020-007.
