ID#24-123 2023 Housing Element Annual Progress Report Recommendation: Motion to adopt a resolution recommending that City Council approve the 2023 Housing Element Annual Progress Report and authorize its submittal to the State of California Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD) and the Governor's Office of Planning and Research (OPR).
