Commerce St, San Antonio, Texas 78205, beginning at 6:00 p.m. Individuals may sign up for public comment at the meeting location on the day of the meeting, up to 15 minutes before the meeting begins. Upon convening the Panel shall consider the following: Call to Order and Opening Remarks Public Comment: Comments must be related to item 1 posted on this agenda. Briefing and Possible Action on the following items 1. Discussion and possible action regarding the Ethics Complaint submitted by Mr. Juan Rider Mireles II against Councilmember Jalen McKee-Rodriguez, including disposition and applicable sanctions. At any time during the meeting, the Ethics Review Board Panel may meet in executive session for consultation with outside appointed counsel concerning attorney client matters under Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code.
