Approval of the minutes from the meeting on {April 28, 2026} Public Comments Consent Agenda 2. Board action to accept funds from the Beldon Family Foundation in an amount of $121,357.00 for Phase II of Operation Extended Watch. Board action to authorize the Chief Executive Officer to negotiate and execute a contract with selected vendor for the provision of early therapy services for Pre-K 4 SA. The contract will include an initial term of one year, with the option to renew for up to two additional one-year terms, for a total contract amount not to exceed $1,300,000.00. Board action to authorize the Chief Executive Officer to negotiate and execute a contract with San Antonio Food Bank to provide student nutrition services for Pre-K 4 SA for one year with three, one-year options to renew for a total contract value not to exceed $23,500,000.00 [Paul Chapman, Pre-K 4 SA COO] 6. This item authorizes approval of a contract with Forvis, LLP to provide independent audit services for the San Antonio Early Childhood Education Municipal Development Corporation for an initial one-year term, with two, one-year renewal options, for a total contract amount not to exceed $360,000.00.
