Parking Ticket Citation Disputes
• Challenges are filed with the City at
https://www.pticket.com/sanbruno
• This information is listed on each citation
issued
• Disputes go directly to the police
department's traffic Sergeant and they review
it and take appropriate action
• Sergeant has access to the kiosk data and
researches each disputed ticket

• Working with our vendors to repair the
vandalized kiosks
• Working with our vendors to improve kiosk
performance
• Consider repositioning meters for better
solar access or connecting kiosk directly to
electrical service
• Update instructions on kiosks to ensure the
public is aware of all means of payment
