City Council Meeting November 19, 2024 Responses to City Council Agenda Questions 6:00pm Special Meeting Item 3A. Emergency Repair 1. Please provide the diameter, the depth of the additional CMP, and the length of CMP to be added to the project. Response: The diameter of the new and existing pipe is 24-inch. The depth of the additional section of Corrugated Metal Pipe (CMP) being replaced with High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) pipe varies between 0 to 5 feet below grade. The length of new HDPE pipe to be installed in addition to the base scope is approximately 65 feet. 2. Please provide a copy of the approved bid items for the original contract. Response: The approved contract specifications which includes bid items are available at the Public Works Department’s City Hall public counter for review.
