City Council Meeting November 12, 2025 Responses to City Council Agenda Questions 7:00pm Regular Meeting Consent Item 6i – Granicus Agreement Will the proposed Granicus Agenda Management Services contract include features that allow council agendas to include direct links to each council item? (Currently, anyone interested in a specific item must scroll through the entire agenda to locate it. By contrast, Peninsula Clean Energy’s agendas include embedded links for each agenda item, allowing quick access for review. Their agendas also include embedded Zoom meeting links, making it easier for the public to join meetings. Here’s an example for reference: Peninsula Clean Energy Agenda ) RESPONSE: The current compilation process does not include that feature. However, the Clerk’s Office will reach out to Granicus to determine whether it is planned for a future release or if it could potentially be developed. For reference, published agendas are bookmarked, allowing the public to navigate the packet by selecting the item bookmarks on the left. Additionally, the public can click the embedded Zoom link and follow the prompts to log in.
