Public comment is limited to the time allotted. In-Person: Complete a Speaker Card, indicating the agenda item number and submit it to the Secretary prior to the meeting. Speakers shall be limited to three (3) minutes per person per item. At the Chair’s discretion, the time limit may be shortened to allow all speakers to address the Design Review Commission. Website: Electronic submission of Public Comment is available via the City’s website as noted below. Public Comment submitted electronically by 4:00 P.M. on the meeting day will be forwarded to the Design Review Commission before the meeting for their consideration but will not be read during the meeting. PUBLIC COMMENT This is the time set aside for members of the public to address the Design Review Commission on items of interest that are not on the agenda but are within the subject matter jurisdiction of the Design Review Commission. Pursuant to the Brown Act, the Design Review Commission cannot answer any questions or take any action until such time as the matter may appear as an item on a future agenda. 2. CONSENT CALENDAR A. SPR26-025 (SITE PLAN REVIEW) APPLICANT: ALICE THAI This is an application for a Site Plan Review (SPR) for a new two-story single- family residence and attached three-car garage at 122 Pearl Street. The subject site is zoned R-1A (Limited Two-Family Residence) and has a General Plan Land Use Designation of Low Density Residential. This project is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), per Guidelines Section 15303, Class 3 (New Construction or Conversion of Existing Structures). Recommended Action: Adopt a Resolution of the Design Review Commission of the City of San Gabriel, California, APPROVING Planning Case Number SPR26-025 for Site Plan Review at 122 Pearl Street, subject to the recommended conditions of approval. 4.
