ITEMS SCHEDULED FOR ACTION 1. Consideration of ratification of Mayor Korts’s approval of change order for contract with Alpha Paving Industries regarding installation of concrete pads around water valve boxes located within the Circle Dr. road improvement project. 2. Consideration of adoption of Resolution No. R16-003, authorizing Mayor Korts to execute any and all necessary change orders or supplemental agreements for contract with Alpha Paving Industries, within the amounts set by state and local law, for the Circle Dr. road improvement project, without prior Council approval. 3. Consideration of approval of change order for contract with Alpha Paving Industries regarding either installation of reflective thermoplastic pavement markings, or use of reflective paint, for speed bumps and stop bars located within the Circle Dr. road improvement project. 4. Consideration of approval of change order for contract with Alpha Paving Industries regarding an addition to repave/asphalt Ridge Dr. between Lake Dr. and Circle Dr. 5. Consideration of approval of bid to repair/replace heat pump system at Community Center. C.
