Minutes Airport Advisory Board December 17, 2019 Airport Management Office Regular Session I. Call to Order. The meeting was called to order by Dan Stauffer at 10:00 am. II. Approval of September 17, 2019 minutes: David Badal made a motion for approval with a second from Dan Stauffer. Approved 4-0. V. Received an update regarding airport projects: Stacey Batch with Texas Aviation Partners gave an update on new hold short lines completed at the intersection of Runway 26 and 17/35. She also commented on the facility repairs around the airport including concrete repairs around the t-hangars and the replacement of the roof at the CAF. Cassidy Berenato with Texas Aviation Partners gave an update on the Kilo hangar which is now under construction. Kirk Abbott with the City of San Marcos gave an update on FM 110 providing a handout to show the current location of the new highway. Mrs. Berenato gave an update on the AOPA/Go Wheels Up Airshow which will take place on May 29th and 30th of 2020. Dave Falluer gave an update on the EAA Young Eagles. Mrs. Batch reminded the attendees of the upcoming RSAT meeting and that applications to be on the Advisory Board are due by January 10, 2020. VI. Received an update regarding air traffic control operations: Andre Murphy, Air Traffic Control Manager gave an update on current operations and reminded attendees of the RSAT Meeting. VII. Received verbal presentation from Garver on the Master Plan: Nathan Polsgrove with Garver provided an update on the status of the Airport Master Plan. VIII. Questions and answers: None IX.
