CALL TO ORDER Please note that all committee meetings may be recorded and uploaded to the City’s website at www.sanmarcostx.gov II. ROLL CALL III. 30 MINUTE CITIZEN COMMENT PERIOD: Each speaker signed up prior to the meeting being called to order will be called in order of sign-up, and will be allowed three minutes to speak about items posted or not on the agenda IV. CHAIR/VICE CHAIR NOMINATIONS & ELECTION a) Receive nominations and elect a Vice-Chair, the term of office shall be one year, beginning April 1st and ending March 31st in accordance to the committee’s adopted bylaws. V. MINUTES: Consider approval, by motion, of the March 27, 2019 meeting minutes VI. PRESENTATIONS N/A VII. ITEMS FOR ACTION/DISCUSSION a) Review of bylaws and processes for City boards and commissions b) Discuss and consider action to provide Council with recommendation for updating Animal Shelter Advisory Committee, Code Ordinance, Sec. 2.367 Powers and Duties. c) Discuss and consider action to invite a wildlife study presentation regarding feral cats d) Discuss and set next meeting date: October 2019 VIII. REPORTS a) Staff Report: Pawsitive Outcome Update b) Staff Report: Quarterly Reporting c) Staff Report: Update on efforts to provide information on animals scheduled to be euthanized IX. FUTURE AGENDA ITEMS (motions to place an item on an agenda for a regular committee meeting) a) Discuss and consider items for future agendas. X. QUESTION AND ANSWER SESSION WITH PRESS AND PUBLIC XI.
