3. Citizen Comment Period – Inquiries from speakers about matters not listed on the agenda will either
be directed to the staff or placed on a future agenda for future discussion (3‐minute time limit).
4. Discussion/Recommendation ‐ Approval of the minutes from August 27, 2014 meeting.
5. Discussion/Recommendation – Election of chair.
6. Discussion/Recommendation – Consider a variance for the Butler family to purchase an easement
between lots 30 and 30A in the Old Original Addition or the other option would to be for the family
purchase the lots directly above, it would be the same section, block 25A‐4 lots are available.
7. Discussion/Recommendation – Grant a variance to the Moore family to survey and purchase the city
easement between blocks 259 and 260 in section C1 of the AM Ramsey Addition which are already
curbed together. They would be responsible to pay for the surveying and the lot price.
8. Discussion/Recommendation – Staff to receive direction on the following areas
1. Cemetery Liaison‐
2. Friends of the Cemetery‐
9. Discussion/Recommendation – Review the increase of cemetery fees.
10. Discussion/Recommendation – Prioritize the fencing the entire cemetery.
11. Discussion/Recommendation – Set date for Cemetery Cleanup, Veterans Day is November 8th.
12. Questions and Answers from Press and Public.
13. Adjourn.
