This town hall meeting will be held at the Paul Laurence Dunbar Recreation Center located at 801 Martin Luther King Dr., San Marcos. This is not a regularly scheduled meeting of the City Council but this notice is being posted in compliance with the Texas Open Meetings Act in the event any city business is discussed.
