Written comments received after the deadline will be provided to the Commissioners at the meeting. Comments shall have a time limit of three minutes each and speakers must state their name. MINUTES 1. Consider approval, by motion, of the June 6, 2024 regular meeting minutes. ACTION ITEM 2. Consider the creation of and appointments to a Historic Preservation Plan Steering Committee.  PUBLIC HEARINGS Interested persons may participate in any of the Public Hearing items: 1) To participate/speak remotely (online) during the Public Hearings, email hpcommission@sanmarcostx.gov no later than 12:00 p.m. (noon) on the day of the meeting, or 2) Email written comments. Comments shall have a time limit of three minutes each and speakers must state their name and address. 3. 1521 Post Road Demolition Review (Permit #2024-51088) Hold a public hearing and consider a 90-day demolition delay period extension and discuss alternatives to demolition and methods for potential preservation of historic character of the property. FUTURE AGENDA ITEMS Board Members may provide requests for discussion items for a future agenda in accordance with the board’s approved bylaws. (No further discussion will be held related to topics proposed until they are posted on a future agenda in accordance with the Texas Open Meetings Act.) V. QUESTION AND ANSWER SESSION WITH PRESS AND PUBLIC This is an opportunity for the Press and Public to ask questions related to items on this agenda.
