Roll Call – Members Present: Tom Rhodes, David Ross, Eleanor Owen‐Oshan, JoAnn Parsons Absent Members: Devin Barrett, Megan Campbell, Mary Earls Staff Liaison: Christina Tureaud, Accounting Associate III. Approval of Minutes Chairman Tom Rhodes requested a review of the May 07, 2019 meeting minutes; Eleanor Owen‐Oshan moved to approve, JoAnn Parsons second the motion and all present were in favor. Agency Presentations for the following were held: Hays County Child Protective Board Child Protective Board Society of St. Vincent de Paul Society of St. Vincent de Paul ECI‐Any Baby Can Any Baby Can Scheib Center Inc Dev. Disability & Mental Health Svcs Hands of Hope Hands of Hope During the Hands of Hope presentation, JoAnn Parsons had to abstain since she teaches a class with this agency. VI.
