Receive presentation from Debra Drescher, State Coordinator, Texas Main Street Program, on Transformation Strategies and Main Street Approach. Participate in visioning exercise to assist in project prioritization for 2020. DISCUSSION ITEMS 2. Hold discussion and participate in 2020 Visioning Workshop, topics discussed may or may not include or be limited to: special events, task force creation, budget, project priority, and provide direction to Staff.
