Receive presentation from Scott Hardwick, Economic and Business Development Manager for the City of San Marcos. ACTION ITEMS 3. Review sponsorship request from Creative Collision event and determine what, if any, sponsorship Main Street will consider. 4. Review application from San Marcos Art Center for Main Street Sign Grant Incentive and submit recommendation to staff. DISCUSSION ITEMS 5. Determine how many Board members will attend Real Places awards gala on Thursday, January 30. 6. Discuss and determine Main Street’s Partner of the Year Award, to be presented at the Love Downtown Awards on February 21, 2020. 7. Determine Board goals and objectives for 2020 calendar year, to be included in annual report to Council. 8. Determine content and scope of potential accountability agreements for board members. 9.
