submit recommendation to staff.
4. Vote on recipients for Love Downtown Awards categories: Partner of the Year, Volunteer of
the Year and Preservation Award.

5. Determine content of accountability agreements for board members.
6. Discuss ideas for public art installation at Downtown Mobility Hub, with the understanding
that staff will submit recommendations to the Arts Commission.
7. Discuss potential date for Board to host Cottage Kitchen luncheon.
