Citizen Comment Period: Persons wishing to speak during the citizen comment period please submit your written comments to jfalletta@sanmarcostx.gov no later than 12:00pm on the day of the meeting. The first 10 comments will be read aloud during the citizen comment portion of the meeting. Comments shall have a time limit of three minutes each. Any threatening, defamatory or other similar comments prohibited by Chapter 2 of the San Marcos City Code will not be read. MINUTES 1. Consider approval of the February 19, 2020 meeting minutes. DISCUSSION ITEMS 2. COVID-19: Receive update on current state of downtown and Main Street activities overview, then hold discussion on action(s) needed to further assist the downtown business community. 3. Curbside Pickup: Board Member Alvarez to lead discussion regarding longevity of curbside parking program. 4. Budget: Receive financials update and discuss budget options moving forward. 5. Action Plan Development: Begin discussion of FY21 Main Street Action Plan. Consider update to Main Street Strategic Plan. REPORTS 6. Main Street Program Report 7.
