Consider approval of the March 16, 2022 meeting minutes. ACTION ITEMS 2. Election of Officers – Hold elections by nomination for Main Street Advisory Board Chair and Vice Chair. 3. Adoption of Bylaws – Review Main Street Advisory Board Bylaws and make recommendations for changes as needed. DISCUSSION ITEMS 4. Contracted Landscaping Improvements – Receive update from staff on upcoming landscaping improvements to take place on the square over the next several weeks. 5. Downtown Design Task Force – Receive update from staff. Discuss possible alignment with TIRZ#5 funded improvements for Pedestrian Safety & Comfort Improvements. 6. Downtown Operations Plan – Receive update from staff on maintenance funding request made to the TIRZ#5 Board on March 22, 2022. 7.
