Comments shall have a time limit of three minutes each. Any threatening, defamatory or other similar comments prohibited by Chapter 2 of the San Marcos City Code will not be read. MINUTES 1. Consider approval of the October 21, 2022, meeting minutes. DISCUSSION ITEMS 2. Main Street Incentive Grant – Discuss parameters of the Main Street façade grant. Receive update from staff on history of the grant and determine whether any changes could be made. 3. Inter City Visit – Receive report from staff on participation at the Chamber’s Inter City Visit to Tucson, AZ, last month. Discuss takeaways and lessons learned. 4. Texas Downtown Conference – Receive post event recap from staff on the Texas Downtown Conference, hosted in San Marcos November 1-4. 5. TIRZ5 Programs Update – Receive update from staff on programs and activities funded by the TIRZ #5 (Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone). 6. 2023 Events – Set meeting date for the Event Subcommittee to discuss a calendar of events for 2023. 7. December Meeting – Discuss whether the board would like to meet in December. 8. Digital Coupon Book – Receive report from staff on usage of the Digital Coupon Book during the Texas State University Family Weekend events. REPORTS 9. Main Street Program Report 10.
