Downtown Area Plan – Receive presentation from Planning Manager Andrea Villalobos regarding the DRAFT Downtown Area Plan. ACTION 2. AWN Task Force – Discuss and select one board member to serve on the newly created Alleys Without Names Task Force. 3. Grant Application – Review Main Street Incentive application from Old Soul Exchange, located at 123 S LBJ Dr, for new signage. MINUTES 4. Consider approval of the November 16, 2022, meeting minutes. DISCUSSION ITEMS 5. Board Retreat – Discuss and consider dates to visit Lockhart, TX, for a board retreat. 6. Annual Assessment – Review results from Main Street’s Annual Assessment and discuss plans to develop a 2023 Work Plan. 7.
