Grant Application – Review Main Street Incentive application from Sundance Record Lagoon, located at 241 N LBJ Dr, for new signage. 2. Grant Application – Review Main Street Incentive application from Heritage Fade Co, located at 214 University Dr, for new signage. MINUTES 3. Consider approval of the March 15, 2023, meeting minutes. DISCUSSION ITEMS 4. Bylaws – Review Main Street Advisory Board bylaws, as is required on an annual basis. Recommend changes as needed. 5. Board Involvement and Accountability Agreement – Revisit Accountability Agreement document from 2022. Discuss board involvement and expectations, and make changes as needed. 6. Downtown Area Plan – Discussion led by Board Chair Lynn regarding Main Street Advisory Board support of Downtown Area Plan through adoption process. REPORTS 7. Main Street Program Report 8.
