Persons wishing to participate (speak) during the Citizen Comment portion of the meeting must email jfalletta@sanmarcostx.gov prior to 12:00PM the
day of the meeting. Comments shall have a time limit of three minutes each. Any threatening, defamatory or other similar comments prohibited by
Chapter 2 of the San Marcos City Code will not be read.

1. Grant Application – Consider Main Street Incentive application from Eden Bar, located at 202
W San Antonio St, for signage.
2. Grant Application – Consider Main Street Incentive application from My City Locating Team,
located at 130 S LBJ Dr, for awning, signage, lighting, and landscaping.
3. Grant Application – Consider Main Street Incentive application from Royal Cleaners, located at
308 N LBJ Dr, for storefront mortar repairs.
4. Discussion and possible action to move date of August Regular Main Street Advisory Board
meeting.

I am planning on adding a new custom LED backlit sign, and umbrellas outside for
shading.
LED Sign:
The sign will be in gold letters and have a soft white back light. Behind the sign will be
weatherproof plant panels.
Umbrellas:

The Umbrellas will add lots of shade and considerably help the improvement of the
outside area.
