Workshops are scheduled on the calendar for March, April and May. Abigail discussed the Comprehensive Plan, Neighborhood Branding, Code SMTX and Future Planning Efforts. 1  San Marcos Neighborhood Commission Meeting Conference Room, City Hall, 630 E Hopkins January 21, 2015 5 Update on Gateways to the City - No updates at this time. 6 Update on Rental Nuisance Abatement Elena Duran stated it’s on a rolling Code - agenda to Council. 7 Update and discussion on Bus No updates at this time. Franchise - 8 Commissioner’s Reports - Elena Duran informed board members not interested in serving another term if they could attend the next scheduled meeting on February 18th 2015 9 Questions for the Press and Public:  None 10 Adjournment: A motion to adjourn 7:00 pm was made by Jean Baggett.
