Meeting called to Order Meeting called to order at 6:26 p.m., by Elena Duran, Chairman. 2. Roll Call Members Present: Elena Duran, Robert Mooney, David Peterson, Blanca Loya, Kenneth Dees, Allie Hackley, Tome Rowe, Raul Rodriguez, Terence Parker and Adam De Leon Members Absent: David Peterson 3. Approval of Minutes Minutes approved by Bob Mooney Dated November 18, 2015 seconded by Tome Rowe, all in favor. 4. Citizen Comment Period – (each individual None will be limited to 3 minutes; no specific action may be taken on these items.) 5. Update on flood situation in San Marcos Ken Bell updated Board Members on the and the Blanco Gardens Neighborhood San Marcos flood and the Blanco Gardens Neighborhood. Ken Bell stated went to DC, to discuss flood conditions and issues. Also stated that South Carolina was approved with an Omnibus Bill and this would impact Texas. FEMA indicated this would be split between the two states. 6. Commissioner’s and Staff Report - Elena Duran reported that Lisa Marie Coppoletta turned in her letter of resignation. Elena Duran announce those with expiring terms in February. 7. Questions for the Press and Public. None 8. Adjournment A motion to adjourn meeting made by Bob Mooney, seconded by Terence Parker.
