Meeting called to Order Elena Duran called the meeting to order at 6:07 p.m. 2. Roll Call Members Present: Elena Duran, Tom Rowe, Kenneth Dees, Lizbeth Dobbins, Bob Jett, Mark Gleason, Terence Parker, Blanca Loya, Michelle Mc Watters Member Absent: Lizbeth Dobbins 3. Approval of Minutes Minutes approved by Bob Jett Dated November 16, 2016 seconded by Tom Rowe, all in favor. 4. Citizens Comment Period Estella Enrique’s of 514 Candlelight would like to thank the City for placing a speed flasher. 5. Commissioner’s and Staff Reports Elena Duran stated to the Commission if your term is expiring in February and if still interested in serving another term please fill out application. Kenneth Rocha thanked the Neighborhood Commission for volunteering and representing their Sector. Look forward to next year. 6. Questions from the Press and Public None 7. Adjourn A motion to adjourn the meeting at 6:10 p.m. made by Kenneth Dees, seconded by Terence Parker, motion passed unanimously.

Approval of minutes from November 16, 2016 meeting. 4. Citizen Comment Period – (each individual will be limited to 3 minutes; no specific action may be taken on these items). 5. Commissioner’s and Staff Report. 6. Questions from the Press and Public 7. Adjourn Notice of Assistance at the Public Meetings: The San Marcos City Hall is wheelchair accessible. The entry ramp is located in the front of the building. Accessible parking spaces are also available in that area. Sign interpretative for meetings must be made 48 hours in advance of the meeting.
