Approval of minutes from June 20, 2018 meeting. 4. Citizen Comment Period – (each individual will be limited to 3 minutes; no specific action may be taken on these items). 5. A presentation and discussion regarding San Marcos All-Star Games (SNAG) by Amy Kirwin and vote the role of the Neighborhood Commission. 6. Receive Staff update on the following items:  Gateways to the City  Rental Registration 7. Discuss Role of Commission in Residential Parking Permit 8. Discussion of addition to Sector 2 and 6 and Neighborhood Commission Ordinance 9. Discuss Park Master Plan and upcoming sector meetings. 10.Commissioner’s and Staff Report 11.Questions from the Press and Public 12.Adjourn Notice of Assistance at the Public Meetings: The San Marcos City Hall is wheelchair accessible.
