I. Call to Order Please note that all commission meetings may be recorded and uploaded to the City’s
website at www.sanmarcostx.gov
II. Roll Call
III. 30 Minute Citizen Comment Period: Each speaker signed up prior to the meeting being called to order
will be called in order of sign-up, and will be allowed three minutes to speak about items posted or not
on the agenda.
IV. MINUTES: Consider approval, by motion, of the October 16, 2019 meeting minutes

a) NONE
VI. ITEMS FOR ACTION/DISCUSSION
a) Review, discuss and consider a draft resolution to Council regarding development on Sturgeon
and possible amendment to Land Development Code.
b) Review, discuss and consider a draft resolution to Council recommending use of TASA funds to
increase pedestrian crossing safety at Wonder World Drive and I35 intersection.
c) Discuss and finalize 2020 Neighborhood Conversation dates and locations based on upcoming
projects identified by staff.
d) Discuss and finalize location for Christmas dinner event based on requested feedback from staff.
e) Receive staff updates and discuss Rental Registration program.
VII. REPORTS
a) Commissioner Report: Review of updated Neighborhood Commission resolution summary
b) Staff Report: Status report of the 5-year sidewalk plan, including guidelines/standards of the process as
requested by commissioners
c) Staff Report: Update on Neighborhood Vitality Grant
d) Staff Report: Upcoming Commissioner vacancies/terms
VIII. FUTURE AGENDA ITEMS (motions to place a discussion item on an agenda for a regular commission meeting)
a) Discuss and consider discussion items for future agendas.
