Consider approval, by motion, of the August 19, 2021 Regular Meeting minutes. ACTION 2. Consider approval, by motion, of a request by Ed Theriot on behalf of Zekelman Property II, LLC for the dedication of approximately 6.1 acres of parkland to be owned and maintained by the homeowners association of a multi-family development commonly known as Fuze 512. DISCUSSION 3. Receive an update from gender policy subcommittee and hold discussion associated with the City’s adult slow pitch softball leagues. 4. Receive a staff update and hold discussion regarding nominations received for the renaming of the City Recreation Hall. 5. Receive a staff update regarding paid parking implementation data collection within City Park as previously directed by the City Council. 6. Receive a staff update regarding Council’s direction to update the Section 58.068 within the Parks Ordinance regarding spearfishing.  7. Receive a staff update regarding the Engineering/Capital Improvements Department’s Rio Vista Falls Maintenance work scheduled to begin in early October 2021. REPORTS 8. Receive the following reports: Park Projects Monthly Report, Athletic Division Monthly Report, Youth Services Division Monthly Report, Habitat Conservation Plan (HCP) Monthly Report. FUTURE AGENDA ITEMS 9. Board Members may provide requests for discussion items for a future agenda in accordance with the board’s approved bylaws. No further discussion will be held related to topics proposed until they are posted on a future agenda in accordance with the Texas Open Meetings Act. IV.
