Call to Order II. Roll Call 30 Minute Citizen Comment Period: Each speaker will be provided up to three minutes to speak. Persons wishing to participate (speak) during the Citizen Comment portion of the meeting virtually must email jcase@sanmarcostx.gov prior to 12:00 p.m. the day of the meeting. A call-in number/link will be provided for participation. Written comments can also be submitted to jcase@sanmarcostx.gov for distribution to the board prior to the meeting. Those wishing to speak in person may sign up in person on the day of the meeting. Each speaker signed up prior to the meeting being called to order will be called in the order in which they signed-up. III. MINUTES 1. Consider approval, by motion of the March 24, 2022 Regular Meeting minutes. 2. Consider approval, by motion, of the April 21, 2022 Regular Meeting minutes. DISCUSSION 2. Receive a Staff update and hold discussion regarding the feasibility of installing permanent restrooms at the Skate park. 3. Receive a Staff update and hold discussion regarding parks maintained public restroom facilities. 4. Receive a Staff update and hold discussion regarding the public park dedication within the Paso Robles PDD, also known as, Kissing Tree. 5. Receive a Staff update and hold discussion regarding the Rio Vista Falls improvements project and Dog Beach stabilization project.  6. Receive a Staff update and hold discussion regarding the Natural Area Land Management Plan Project and Riverfront Parks Preliminary Design Report Project. 7. Receive an update from the Land Development Code Amendments Subcommittee. REPORTS 8. Receive the following reports: Park Projects Monthly Report, Athletic Division Monthly Report, Youth Services Division Monthly Report, Habitat Conservation Plan (HCP) Monthly Report, and San Marcos Greenbelt Alliance Annual Report. FUTURE AGENDA ITEMS 9. Board Members may provide requests for discussion items for a future agenda in accordance with the board’s approved bylaws. No further discussion will be held related to topics proposed until they are posted on a future agenda in accordance with the Texas Open Meetings Act. IV. Question and Answer Session with Press and Public. This is an opportunity for the Press and Public to ask questions related to items on this agenda. V.
