CUP-24-42 (BullDaddies) Hold a public hearing and consider a request by Sean Neal, on behalf of BullDaddies, for renewal of a Conditional Use Permit to allow on premise consumption of Mixed Beverages, located at 119 E Hutchison Street. CUP-24-44 (Otsu Japanese Cuisine) Hold a public hearing and consider a request by Wei Yu, on behalf of Otsu Japanese Cuisine, for renewal of a Conditional Use Permit to allow on premise consumption of Beer & Wine, located at 407 S Stagecoach Trail, Ste 101. ZC-24-03 (2807 Hunter Road) Hold a public hearing and consider a request by Loretta Sanders, on behalf of Loretta Sanders and Carol Rybarski, for a Zoning Change from Multiple Family Residential District (MF-18) to Character District (CD-5), or, subject to consent of the owner, another less intense zoning district classification, for approximately 1.132 acres out of the J.M. Veramendi League No. 1 Survey, located at 2807 Hunter Road. (K. Buck) V. Question and Answer Session with Press and Public. This is an opportunity for the Press and Public to ask questions related to items on this agenda. Comments shall have a time limit of three minutes each and speakers must state their name.
