4 Approval of the minutes: November Michelle Hamilton motioned to approve the minutes
18, 2015 meeting from the November 18, 2015 meeting. Brad Russell
seconded the motion. The motion passed
unanimously.
Discussion-Subcommittee Updates a) Michelle Hamilton explained to staff that the

Continued explained that the Parks Board has 3 vacancies, 1
that can be reappointed and 2 that are possibilities
for youth.
Michelle Harper motioned that more youth applicants
should be considered for the Parks Advisory Board.
Brad Russell seconded this motion. The motion passed
unanimously.
d) Update for Strategic Planning will come in the
March Meeting.

Jessica Ramos informed staff that there are no
