Youth Commission – Kim Porterfield presented Youth Master Plan, social media, Discussion and /or Recommendation- getting in touch with principals, marketing Presentation to Council plan B.) Nicole Dray suggested to meet with principals in person instead of just sending letters and waiting. 7 Health Profiles for Early Childhood: Michelle Hamilton Discussion and /or Recommendation- and Billy Stokes. Presentation to Council A.) San Marcos growth, income and poverty levels, single parent mothers, indicators of school success, STARR levels. 8 Discussion and /or Recommendation- Michelle Hamilton did a preliminary presentation that Presentation to Council will be fully presented on March 1, 2016 meeting instead of February 16, 2016 meeting. A.) How to make children school ready – global PreK B.)
