Each speaker will be provided up to three minutes to speak. IV. MINUTES 1. Consider approval, by motion, of the December 12, 2018 meeting minutes. V. Action Items 2. Select a new Chair and Vice-Chair, by majority vote, for the term beginning April 1, 2019 and ending March 31, 2020. 3. Discuss and consider approval, by motion, of proposed selection system for 2019 Outstanding Senior Citizen Volunteer Award. VI. Discussion Items 3. Discuss 2019 Outstanding Senior Citizen Volunteer Award. 4. Discuss new bylaws that were adopted last meeting. 5. Review / Discuss Senior Citizen Advisory Board Mission and Goals Statement and Senior Citizen Advisory Board Ordinance for new members. VII. Future Agenda Items Board Members may provide requests for discussion items for a future agenda in accordance with the board’s approved bylaws. No further discussion will be held related to topics proposed until they are posted on a future agenda in accordance with the Texas Open Meetings Act. VIII.
