Call To Order II. Roll Call III. 30 Minute Citizen Comment Period: Each speaker signed up prior to the meeting being called to order will be called in the order in which they signed-up. Each speaker will be provided up to three minutes to speak. ACTION ITEMS 1. Consider approval, by motion, of the minutes from April 14, 2021 Special Meeting. PRESENTATION ITEMS 1. Receive a presentation from Jennifer Roby – Sunrise Rehab and Recovery for Veterans. DISCUSSION ITEMS 1. Hold a discussion regarding the Memorial Day Ceremony. 2. Hold a discussion regarding a campaign to raise awareness and help fix veteran suicides, homelessness, and PTSD issues in San Marcos/Hays County; discuss potential campaign partners. 3. Receive an update and hold a discussion regarding Wreaths Across America fundraising. 4. Receive and update and hold a discussion regarding the creation of a Veterans Calendar. REPORTS 1. Report from staff regarding Purple Heart City designation process.  FUTURE AGENDA ITEMS 1. Board Members may provide requests for discussion items for a future agenda in accordance with the board’s approved bylaws. No further discussion will be held related to topics proposed until they are posted on a future agenda in accordance with the Texas Open Meetings Act. VI. Question and Answer Session with Press and Public. This is an opportunity for the Press and Public to ask questions related to items on this agenda. VII.
