Consider approval, by motion, of the November 10, 2021 meeting minutes. ACTION ITEMS 3. Consider approval, by motion, of Election of Officers. 4. Consider approval, by motion, of Bylaws of the Veteran Affairs Advisory Committee DISCUSSION ITEMS 5. Review of Ethics Ordinance. 6. Meeting dates for calendar year 2022. 7. Hold a discussion regarding Wreaths Across America 2021 and plans for 2022. 8. Hold discussion regarding Memorial Day Ceremony. 9. Hold discussion regarding annual goals/projects – may include Veterans mental health and homelessness issues. FUTURE AGENDA ITEMS 10. Board Members may provide requests for discussion items for a future agenda in accordance with the board’s approved bylaws. No further discussion will be held related to topics proposed until they are posted on a future agenda in accordance with the Texas Open Meetings Act. VI.
