Consider approval, by motion, of Election of Officers. 3. Consider approval, by motion, of Bylaws of the Veteran Affairs Advisory Committee DISCUSSION ITEMS 4. Review of Ethics Ordinance. 5. Meeting dates for calendar year 2023. 6. Hold a discussion regarding Wreaths Across America 2022 and plans for 2023. 7. Hold discussion regarding Memorial Day Ceremony. 8. Hold discussion regarding annual goals/projects REPORTS 9. Committee members may provide a brief announcement of upcoming Veteran related events. FUTURE AGENDA ITEMS 10. Board Members may provide requests for discussion items for a future agenda in accordance with the board’s approved bylaws. No further discussion will be held related to topics proposed until they are posted on a future agenda in accordance with the Texas Open Meetings Act. VI. Question and Answer Session with Press and Public. This is an opportunity for the Press and Public to ask questions related to items on this agenda. VII.
