VR‐16‐03 (River Road Mobile Home Park) Hold a public hearing and consider a request by Perry Burget, on behalf of River Road SM MHP LLC, for a Variance to the City of San Marcos Land Development Code, regarding front, rear, and side yard setbacks, minimum lot width, minimum lot/space area, and distance between Manufactured Homes within the MH Zoning District at 1005 River Road. VR‐16‐04 (Siesta Mobile Home Park) Hold a public hearing and consider a request by Perry Burget, on behalf of Siesta SM MHP LLC, for a Variance to the City of San Marcos Land Development Code, regarding front, rear, and side yard setbacks, minimum lot/space width, minimum lot/space area, and distance between Manufactured Homes within the MH Zoning District at 503 Uhland Road.
