VR‐18‐03 Hold a public hearing and consider a request by Reilly Hursley on behalf of Curtis Garcia, for a variance to Section 7.3.4.10 of the San Marcos Development Code which prohibits pole signs at the proposed location, limits the maximum height of pole signs within the CD‐5D zoning district to 10 feet, and limits the area to 18 square feet .
